Brim, Used Outdoor
Brim works at the edge of buildings. Installed near walls, entrances, and transitional outdoor spaces, it provides light where clarity and movement matter most.
Designed by Andrea Steidl, Brim is a practical outdoor lighting system that supports how space is lived in rather than how it looks in a photograph. It is placed where people move, sit, and gather. Along a terrace edge, beside a dining table, close to a path, it provides clear light without altering how the space is already in use.

The floor standing version is lightweight and slim, easy to move and reposition as needs change. It comes in two heights, allowing it to adapt to different layouts. Lower versions support seating areas and informal gatherings. Taller versions define circulation without closing off a space. Single emission focuses light downward, keeping it contained. Double emission extends light upward as well, offering broader visibility while remaining controlled.

The wall mounted version repeats the same diffuser shape and works closely with architecture. It is used near doors, along outdoor corridors, beside steps, or where light is required rather than decorative. Installed with intention, it creates consistency across thresholds without distraction.
Brim’s aluminium structure and base make it durable and unburdensome to use. Its colours remain discreet. The form is reduced. Nothing is added beyond what is necessary for function.
