Dance Through Time: 15th Anniversary of Thé Dansant at Palais de l’Afrique

This year marks the 15th anniversary of Thé Dansant, a vibrant celebration at the Palais de l’Afrique in Tervuren, just outside Brussels. Scheduled for Sunday afternoon, June 23rd, this event promises a unique blend of music, culture, and fun, set against the stunning backdrop of Tervuren Park.

Thé Dansant is known for its themed events, and this edition, it embraces the colorful world of Manga. Attendees are encouraged to dress as their favorite Manga characters or in the colors of Japan, white and red, adding to the festive atmosphere.

The event features an open-air House stage on the terrace in front of the Africa Palace, headlined by the legendary DJ John Digweed from the UK. Digweed started his career in the early 1990s and quickly became a prominent figure in the electronic music scene. He is renowned for his progressive house and techno sets and has played at top clubs and festivals worldwide.  Alongside Digweed, Caspar & Don Cabron and Rafi Khan will also perform, ensuring a night of unforgettable beats.

Inside the palace, the techno stage will keep the energy high with performances by female DJs Meg-Beg, Lola Jones, Helena Lauwaert, and others.
