Franck Muller : Second Collaboration with Loes Van Delft Unveiled

One year ago, we witnessed the unveiling of the first collaboration between master watchmaker Franck Muller and artist Loes Van Delft, renowned for her iconic character Pjipje. Today, the two visionaries reunite to present their second limited-edition watch, a captivating model symbolizing transformation. With only 75 pieces produced, this exclusive timepiece is already a coveted collector’s item for those drawn to both contemporary art and the precision of luxury watchmaking.

Building on the success of last year’s LVD Vanguard™ Color Dreams, Van Delft takes her design in a new direction with darker tones and more defined lines, adding a powerful depth to the dial. A striking skull motif dominates, framed by vivid colors and dynamic shapes that capture the life cycle, from endings to renewal. “For me, skulls represent transformation and the beauty of endings and new beginnings,” says Van Delft, infusing a personal meaning into this design, which marks a departure from her previous work. The absence of numerals allows the viewer to fully engage with the bold artwork, intensifying its message of change.

Each watch is accompanied by an original artwork signed by Van Delft, inspired by the skull symbol and her signature aesthetic. This addition makes the collection a unique artistic set, inviting collectors to connect deeply with the artist’s creative world. “The skull symbolizes a new beginning,” she explains, evoking the success of their initial collaboration and the emotional impact of this new piece.

This limited edition watch is available exclusively through select Benelux retailers for €19,500
