Opening on 26 June 2026 on Pampelonne Beach, SAINT introduces a different rhythm to Saint Tropez. Mornings begin with Reformer Pilates sessions on the sand, organised in partnership with Pilates Social Club, alongside a running club that takes advantage of the quiet coastline before the crowds arrive. Healthy breakfasts, fresh juices and matcha complete a start to the day that feels energetic without becoming overly serious.
As lunchtime approaches, the atmosphere naturally shifts. The restaurant, led by chefs Rocco Seminara and Manon Santini, serves Mediterranean cuisine infused with Latin flavours. Expect seasonal ingredients, precise cooking and generous plates designed to be shared, proving that wellbeing and indulgence can comfortably exist together.
By mid-afternoon, SAINT reveals another side of its personality. International DJs take over the soundtrack with a selection of electronic and jungle-inspired beats that gradually transform the beach into one of Pampelonne’s most vibrant destinations. Rather than an abrupt transition from beach club to party, the energy evolves naturally as the sun begins to set.
The setting itself deserves as much attention as the programme. Created by Paris based interior architecture studio Bureau Lacroix, SAINT feels worlds away from the polished glamour often associated with Saint Tropez. Sand coloured lime plaster, burnt timber, natural stone, oversized cacti and lush Mediterranean vegetation create an atmosphere that is both sophisticated and remarkably understated. Large woven jute canopies filter the sunlight throughout the day, while bespoke furniture and weathered materials give the impression that the venue has always belonged to this stretch of coastline.
Behind the project is a collaboration between Bagatelle Group, Culture and Entourage Paris, three names bringing together expertise in hospitality, nightlife and creative experiences. Their ambition is not simply to launch another beach club, but to offer a place where guests can move seamlessly from a morning workout to a leisurely lunch, an afternoon cocktail and a sunset dance floor without ever feeling they have changed destination.
In a region where every summer brings another luxury opening, SAINT stands out by putting experience ahead of excess. It is less about being seen and more about enjoying every hour of the day in a setting where architecture, food, music and wellness naturally come together.
