New Porsche Cayenne GTS 2024: Will It Be the Fiercest Cayenne Yet?

Porsche is expanding its lineup with the introduction of the new Cayenne GTS models, offering a perfect blend of sporty performance and everyday functionality. Available in both SUV and SUV Coupe versions, these models feature a powerful 500 hp (368 kW) 4.0-liter V8 biturbo engine with 660 Nm of torque, surpassing the previous model by 40 hp and 40 Nm.

 Enhanced Dynamics

The chassis, inspired by the Cayenne Turbo GT, is optimized for dynamic driving with advanced technologies such as adaptive air suspension, Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM), and Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus (PTV Plus). This setup provides remarkable agility, further enhanced by a 10-millimeter reduction in ride height.

The Powerful V8 Engine

At the core of these new models is a refined 4.0-liter V8 biturbo engine, designed to deliver more power and efficiency than ever before. With an increase of 30 kW (40 hp) over its predecessor, the 2024 Cayenne GTS boasts an impressive output of 500 hp and a torque of 660 Nm, an increase of 40 Nm. This engine is paired with an optimized eight-speed Tiptronic S transmission, enhancing performance and providing quicker response times.

 Exterior and Interior Features

The new Porsche Cayenne GTS models are distinguished by a reinforced sporty design and exclusive equipment. Externally, they feature a black “GTS” monogram, enlarged air intakes, tinted headlights, red brake calipers, and body elements in glossy black, such as side skirts and wheel arch extensions, with exhaust outlets in dark bronze and 21-inch RS Spyder wheels in anthracite grey. Inside, comfort is elevated with a heated GT sport steering wheel, Race-Tex fabric mimicking suede, and adjustable sport seats providing superior lateral support, complemented by customization options in Carmine Red or Slate Grey Neo, for a luxurious and distinctly GTS driving experience.

Pricing and Availability

The Cayenne GTS is offered in Belgium starting at €150,200 for the SUV model and €153,900 for the SUV Coupe, including VAT and country-specific standard equipment. Orders are now open, with deliveries expected in the summer of 2024.
