We were invited to Antwerp, in an elegant and refined setting, to discover the new INTENSA special series from Alfa Romeo. A private and immersive presentation during which we had the opportunity to get behind the wheel of the various models from this exclusive edition. The result: a burst of passion, style, and sportiness — true to the Milanese brand’s DNA, yet with a new, bold golden flair.
Intensity as a Signature
First unveiled at the historic Alfa Romeo Museum in Arese, the INTENSA special series embodies an elevated vision of the Alfa spirit. From the compact Junior to the powerful Stelvio, each model receives styling inspired by the brand’s rich heritage: golden accents, contrast stitching, premium materials, and sculpted lines. It’s a love letter to Alfa’s history, and a confident step into its future.
More than a design statement, the INTENSA edition sits at the top of the range. Available across all engine variants, it also marks the debut of the Junior INTENSA, the first model to join this golden family.
Tonale INTENSA: Refinement Meets Innovation
The Tonale INTENSA makes a bold impression with its 20-inch bi-tone alloy wheels, matte Dark Miron paint, and subtle gold accents. Inside, the contrast continues with black Alcantara seats embroidered with the Alfa Romeo logo, multicolour ambient lighting, and a two-tone steering wheel. It also comes fully loaded: electronic suspension, Level 2 assisted driving, Harman Kardon audio system, heated and power-adjustable seats… Three engines are available: a 280 hp plug-in hybrid Q4, a 160 hp hybrid, and a 130 hp diesel.
Stelvio INTENSA: Quiet Power
With gold-accented alloy wheels and mirror caps proudly bearing the Italian flag, the Stelvio INTENSA embodies elegant masculinity. Inside, tan leather, Alcantara, and aluminium details underscore its grand touring character. Offered with a 280 hp petrol engine, or 210 and 160 hp diesels, its ride is both dynamic and comfortable — thanks in part to its adaptive suspension system.
Giulia INTENSA: The Italian Sedan
The Giulia INTENSA doesn’t hold back. With 19-inch diamond-cut wheels, black brake calipers with golden details, and a cabin that blends leather, Alcantara, and aluminium, it exudes urban sophistication. The attention to detail is impeccable, from the stitched dashboard to the high-definition displays and premium Harman Kardon sound system. It shares the same powertrains as the Stelvio and continues to deliver the pure driving pleasure Alfa enthusiasts adore.
Junior INTENSA: Compact, Chic, and Connected
The youngest in the family has plenty of personality. The Junior INTENSA, available as a 136 hp hybrid, 145 hp Q4 hybrid, or 156 hp EV, combines versatility with signature Alfa styling. With 18-inch diamond-cut wheels, a gloss black body kit, gold accents, Alcantara trim, and the Techno Pack as standard, it’s made to charm a new generation of urban alfisti.
