Philip’s Biscuits Returns to Knokke with a Gourmet Summer Pop-Up

Belgian biscuit specialist Philip’s Biscuits is heading back to the coast this summer with a reinvented seasonal pop-up in Knokke. Following the success of its first edition, the brand will once again take over Albertplein from July 1 to August 30, 2026, offering visitors an expanded selection of handcrafted treats, refreshing drinks and new collaborations in a relaxed seaside setting.
Already established in Antwerp, Mechelen and Ghent, Philip’s Biscuits has built a reputation for artisanal biscuits made with carefully selected ingredients and traditional craftsmanship. This summer, the brand brings that same spirit to Knokke, creating a destination where locals, holidaymakers and international visitors can enjoy sweet moments throughout the day.
Alongside its signature biscuits, the Philip’s Biscuits pop-up will serve freshly prepared artisanal ice cream, Ice Pearls pralines, quality coffee, matcha and refreshing juices. New additions for 2026 include freshly made crêpes and authentic Liège waffles prepared on site, offering even more options for a seaside indulgence.
The experience extends beyond food thanks to partnerships with brands including Bar Barista, Kiki Kefir, BBody and Nomige. These collaborations help transform the pop-up into a lifestyle destination where quality, wellbeing and conviviality come together.
A charitable dimension is also part of the project. In collaboration with Bar Barista and De’Longhi, Philip’s Biscuits will support KickCancer throughout the summer. A portion of the revenue generated during the season will be donated to the organization dedicated to fighting pediatric cancer.

Located on Albertplein, the Philip’s Biscuits pop-up will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. until August 30, making it one of Knokke’s sweetest summer addresses.
