Discover Individual Visions at The Solo Project

Brussels will once again host The Solo Project, a unique contemporary art fair taking place from December 5 to 8, 2024, at the Espace Vanderborght. Known for its focus on individuality and depth, this event invites galleries to spotlight the work of selected artists, offering a personal and immersive experience.

An Invitation-Only Approach
Unlike traditional art fairs where galleries compete for spots, The Solo Project operates on an invitation-only model. This ensures a curated selection of national and international galleries, each presenting cohesive collections of work by one or more artists. This approach highlights the artist’s vision and provides visitors with a deeper understanding of the creative process.

A Stage for Emerging Talent
Running alongside the main event is Emerging Artistic Talents, an exhibition that features 72 young artists from Belgian art institutions such as LUCA School of Arts and Beaux-Arts Liège. This initiative, supported by curators from these institutions, offers these emerging creators a platform to showcase their work and connect with the contemporary art world.

More Than an Art Fair
The Espace Vanderborght provides an ideal setting for The Solo Project, with carefully designed spaces for painting, sculpture, photography, and installation. Whether you’re an art enthusiast or a curious newcomer, the fair offers a chance to engage with diverse disciplines in a relaxed and thoughtful atmosphere.
