A Grand Opening Night
The inauguration of Skybar Antwerp on June 13 was marked by an exclusive evening to which GUS magazine had the privilege of being invited. The event gathered the press and local personalities, creating an electric and glamorous atmosphere. Among the notable guests were Jani Kazaltzis, Jennifer Heylen, Carl Cash Knight, Astrid Coppens, Tiany Kiriloff, Veerle Dejaeger, Ferre Van den Broeck, Noa Neal, Jessy, Zoey Hasselbank, and Serge Pauwels.
DJs Esin Boz and Studio Stranger provided a captivating musical ambiance, transforming the evening into a true celebration. The refined cocktails and delicious canapés served throughout the night gave the guests a taste of what Skybar Antwerp has to offer. The stunning setting, with its panoramic views and modern design, impressed all attendees.
A Well-Established Concept in a New Setting
Following successful pop-up editions on the roof of the Lindner Hotel, Randy Boden and his team, with Beka Gogeshvili (Fiera, Sin Seven) at the helm, have finally found the perfect permanent location for a Skybar. Open since June 14, Skybar Antwerp maintains its “high energy” concept with DJ sets and live music performances every weekend.
World-Class Design
Skybar Antwerp can accommodate up to 200 guests, including 120 on the outdoor terrace offering a 360° view of the city and the River Scheldt. The interior design, created by the renowned Antwerp-based studio WeWantMore, features an urban and contemporary aesthetic. Raw materials like polished concrete, metal, and glass harmonize with neon accents and lush plants, creating a sophisticated and convivial atmosphere.
Conscious and Sustainable Cuisine
Skybar Antwerp’s menu reflects a commitment to healthy and sustainable dining. Under the direction of talented chefs such as Yaro Van de Sande and Glenn Van de Wiel, the menu offers seasonal, balanced, and varied dishes. Practical Information
Skybar Antwerp is open from Tuesday to Saturday, starting at 3 PM for the bar and snacks, and from 6 PM to 11 PM for dinner. After 11 PM, the kitchen remains open for snacks until closing.
